Beer of the Week: Red Fish Ale

This week, I give you the Red Fish Ale. Red Fish is brewed by Flying Fish Brewing Company out of New Jersey. They started up in 1995 and put the product up on the web making it the first virtual micro-brewery.

The Red Fish is considered a "west coast hoppy red ale" that is great paired with a brisket, burger, or some pork loin. Check out the Red Fish!
